Seitz & Sons Concrete and Excavating was built on hands-on experience, hard work, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. Anthony began working in concrete at just sixteen years old as a residential laborer. By eighteen, he joined Laborers Local 310 in Cleveland, working in concrete demolition before advancing to Local 860 as a heavy highway concrete finisher.

After spending five years in the union pouring roadways, sidewalks, aprons, and completing sewer work, Anthony took the skills he learned in the field and put them to work building something of his own. While still working full-time, he spent his weekends taking on independent jobs, slowly investing in equipment and growing a customer base through hard work and word of mouth.

That dedication led to the creation of Seitz & Sons Concrete and Excavating, which has now been proudly serving customers for over seven years. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted and successful local business known for reliable service, quality workmanship, and honest communication.
